Business Analyst

horizon consulting group is looking for a business analyst to support a range of digital transformation projects. you will work closely with clients, developers and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.

gather and document business and system requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops, analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, prepare business requirement documents, process maps and user stories, work with development teams to clarify functional requirements, assist with user acceptance testing and defect tracking, monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, support the implementation of new systems and processes.

bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, information systems or a related field, at least one year of relevant professional or internship experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders, experience documenting requirements and business processes, familiarity with agile project delivery methods, desirable skills include experience using jira, confluence or microsoft visio, basic knowledge of sql and data analysis, familiarity with crm or erp systems, experience working on software or digital transformation projects.
