About the role

As a backend programmer, you will design, build, and support high-performance server systems. Your role involves writing clean and reusable code, managing databases, developing secure APIs, ensuring system security and performance, and integrating third-party tools.

Responsibilities

Write clean and reusable code using languages like Python, Java, Node.js, or Go. Design data structures, write queries, and optimize tables in SQL or NoSQL databases. Build secure RESTful or GraphQL endpoints. Set up user login rules, data encryption, and permission checks. Connect third-party tools like payment systems or cloud storage. Fix slow database calls, reduce server response times, and scale resources.

Requirements

Strong skills in a core backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP). Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of web servers, security rules, and Git version control. Good problem-solving and team communication skills.
