About the role
A federal agency runs one of the country’s larger Siebel CRM estates and needs an administrator who knows the platform end to end: server management, repository migrations, environment refreshes and the discipline that keeps a twenty-year-old platform boringly reliable.
Responsibilities
Administer Siebel enterprise servers across four environments; run repository and incremental releases; own monitoring and capacity; plan the IP-release upgrade path with the architecture team.
Requirements
Five or more years administering Siebel (server manager, srvrmgr scripting, repository migrations); solid Oracle DB literacy; experience in government delivery environments; Baseline clearance or eligibility.
