Junior Data Analyst

BrightPath Solutions is seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will work with business stakeholders to collect, analyse and interpret data, helping the company make informed, data-driven decisions.

Collect, clean and validate data from multiple sources; Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and business insights; Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau; Write SQL queries to extract and organise data; Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders; Assist with improving data quality and reporting processes; Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field; Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; Experience with Python or R for data analysis; Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
