$80 – $90 per hour
As a business analyst, you will act as the main link between business units and IT or tech teams. Your role will involve translating complex business problems into clear technical requirements, evaluating current processes, and recommending smart structural changes. You will guide projects from the initial idea through testing and delivery.
Gather requirements by interviewing stakeholders and documenting functional needs. Analyze processes by mapping out current workflows to spot gaps or delays. Review metrics, sales, or operational data to build reports. Test new tools and support user acceptance trials. Write clear user stories and manage project backlogs.
Degree in business, computer science, or equivalent industry experience. Strong communication, process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
