About the role
We are hiring an AI developer to take generative-AI proofs of concept into production. The work is the unglamorous, valuable end of AI engineering: retrieval quality, prompt and output contracts, evaluation harnesses, cost ceilings and guardrails that hold up in front of real users.
Responsibilities
Design and ship LLM-backed features on AWS Bedrock; build retrieval pipelines over client document stores; own evaluation and regression suites for model output; work with delivery leads on scope and rollout.
Requirements
Three or more years building production software in Python or TypeScript; hands-on LLM integration experience (Bedrock, OpenAI or similar); solid grasp of embeddings, retrieval and evaluation; Australian citizenship preferred for agency work.
